Off-post housing is never a problem.
Can you work on my car at an apartment complex on Bragg Boulevard?
Usually yes. We need a reasonably level parking spot and room to work safely beside the vehicle. Some complexes have their own rules about repairs on the property, so it is worth a quick check with your office first.
